“I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. Panicked I quickly googled local lash techs and came across Red Carpet Lash & Skin Spa. Their portfolio was impressive and reviews looked very promising. I quickly called and Beata answered, I told her what had happened pretty much begging and pleading to take me in in less than 24hours. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough. Robin was amazing and gentle with my facial (first time getting a facial) and explained everything that was happening, Zeena perfectly explained hair treatment options and look forward to working with her, and Kimberly was amazing, told her about a bad experience 2 years ago at a different salon and how nervous I was to go get a cut. Kimberly went above and beyond to make me comfortable, listened, and triple checked in with me before any additional cutting and I was very happy with my cut!“

I had my eyebrows done at another salon and they didn't look great, so thank goodness Shami slowly removed my old microblading eyebrows, and now they look normal. Now with laser their machine is awesome, I did my entire body, lasered my legs after 2 sessions, results are amazing. after 6 sessions I barely have any hair, I come for touchups once a year! no more shaving or waxing!!! Dom is truly an amazing one of a kind Brow artist! I have the worst uncooperative eyebrows, which brought me to the best! And boy a difference is an understatement, they look beautiful! Dom is a perfectionist and will not let you leave her chair unless she’s pleased with her work. On another note, Dominque is a very warm, caring person who treats you like a friend that she’s known forever.
