Tried this nail salon for the first time since they came to town. Can say I’m absolutely going back again and again. They were SO sweet and friendly. Got in the same day with their app that lets you book appointments. Very user friendly and accurate on timing. Was only there for an hour not even for my gorgeous nails! My acrylics look even better than the photo I showed Stella. She and Bryan did amazing! Thanks again! Can’t wait for my fill!!
First time visiting this nail salon and I was so impressed! Joe did an amazing job, was fast & efficient with great attention to detail. It was very busy, worth the wait but next time I will make sure to make an appointment!! Give them a try! 👍🏼
Manicures and any nail design by Stella. She has such steady hands to do some very intricate work, like that of a surgeon. She and her husband, Bryan, are a young couple with fresh, luxurious style, not only to the remodel of the previous salon , but to their skills learned in a ritzy, California area. I have been there during their clean up and shut down time on several occasions and their staff work together in such unison to get EVERYTHING wiped down, washed, swept, trash out etc before leaving. They put in long, tedious hours and have gone without eating or getting very little to no breaks. I have had several different techs do my pedicures and have only had one bad experience. Which, I brought to their attention and found out there had been others who have had similar issues with same person. As the old adage goes, “one bad apple spoils the barrel". It means that one bad person can corrupt or spoil a larger group. With that being said, if you get someone that you’re not particularly fond of, please make the owners aware and then try a different person until you find one you like before leaving a bad review. Mattoon is blessed to have Lavish Nail Lounge. The prices are comparable to other places that you would normally have to drive further for.
