I wish I could go everyday! It has truly been life changing with my spinal stenosis. The pain I have when I start and how great I feel after 30 minutes is amazing and like nothing else I have been able to find.
The always smiling greet at the door and release of anxiety just puts this place over the top.
You have to try it yourself to understand ❤️❤️.

The infrared heated pods provide for a relaxing experience. After time in the pod, my body always feels so good! Both the Charleston and Mattoon locations are welcoming and clean. The owner is extremely knowledgeable on the benefits of sauna and pleasantly discusses sauna options for specific needs. It’s well worth the visit and the sauna experience.
