John is an excellent trainer. Although he is fantastic with dogs, he is especially patient with helping people learn to effectively work with their pets.We adopted our dog about a year and a half ago, and she constantly pulled on her leash. Walks were stressful, and I didn't feel confident walking in public with her on a leash. We completed John s group beginner class (after much research), and were very pleased with the results.
