My wife and I drove an hour and a half from Indy and it was worth it. Lyvvea, the sales associate, provided great customer service and ultimately helped us to drive away in a new truck. Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Erin, my BDC rep and my salesman Jack and everyone at Owen Ford!!!! Seriously they were amazing. There was a small problem from what I was told to when I got there but they handled it so professionally and respectfully. My wife and I had our 3 young daughters with us who are very energetic and noisy and the whole team there entertained them and one of the staff was even letting them sit in the cars in the showroom and playing with them. My 2014 expedition I got that I drove 3 hours for got us home like a champ and on top of it being a great vehicle I got a great deal with a killer forever warranty with it.
