I would like to say how amazing they were with us today! We recently had a part of our ac repaired and thought we had solved the problem. Well when it shut down again 2 days later with a different malfunction at the end of the day(keep in mind this is an old unit) they had someone come help us with the little time and no room on their schedule! 5 stars all around to the receptionist for being so kind and efficient but also a big 5 stars to Justin the kind gentleman who came to help us out today. I talked to jim around 4 o'clock on a Thursday. He offered to come over right away, but i was working. He then said he'd come at 7 am the next day. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me out.
