In town from Houston and my first time at the Marion (IL602) store and Bobbi Kay and team had the shop running like a 5-Star luxury resort with great customer service and a fun experience. BTW, the hair cut and wash was fantastic! I asked for a 2 on top, shaver on sides with high fade, and a trim in front becuase my hair is a big 'ole mop at 2 weeks...She understood the assignment and did a great fade, expert job, and I would recommend this shop to everyone! Thanks, again, Bobbi!!!

The talented group of Stylists at this location are always a joy to be around, not to mention they give a really nice hair cut. I always enjoy walking in the door for my monthly MVP. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews for this location, they are not accurate. I’ve been coming here for 12 years without fail and yes it’s a wait sometimes, but you know that when you walk in so you can either wait or come back later but it’s worth it either way.
I’ve read several of the reviews below and those that are complaining about the wait time should pay closer attention when they walk in the door. It’s clearly posted on the screen and they usually let you know...read full review

Always a good experience. The online sign is the most frustrating part it says 10 min you arrive and next thing you know your waiting 20 30 min more. I don't think it takes into account for the stylist breaks or lunch. They also are very friendly with children and take their time.
