Was so thankful to find that they serviced our Scotsman Nugget Ice maker! The tech was professional and went above and beyond to help figure out what was going on and got our icemaker working and ready for our party this weekend!
Quickly showed up to charge my self installed mini split. Factory was supposed to send it pre charged but they didn’t. This wasn’t a Parker issue just an ordered it online mini split issue. Parker’s corrected the problem and we now have an awesome ac for our little cabin.
Timoteo came to do our HVAC maintenance today he did a fantastic job at not only that but he also caught a refrigerant leak we had that I was not aware of. He took the time to test everything and additionally fix it so that we would not continue to have the leak. He was so helpful and explained everything so well. We are really thankful for his service today and for the Parker team as well.
