From the initial contact with the company I have been very impressed. The lady who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful as well as informative and was able to address my concerns and questions. Had first initial home inspection and treatment from Zach who was also friendly and very polite as well as professional. Would recommend for any type of pest that you may have that’s bugging you ?

I got my house serviced in June and the Orkin guy did a terrible job. The branch manager Chris came out and saw what a terrible job he did and sent for someone else to come redo my service. THEN CHARGED ME FOR IT. I thought that was their policy if you aren’t happy they send someone else out. Now they have sent me to collections bc I didn’t pay the bill I wasn’t supposed to pay in the first place. I’ve been trying to contact the branch manager in Marion il and he hasn’t returned my phone calls. I have since quit my service with Orkin. I think their customer service is terrible and they clearly don’t care about their customers who have been there for quite... read full review
