I started my New You journey in August and I will admit I was very skeptical. I saw an advertisement and thought, what the heck, I’ll give this a try. My first weigh in was in September and I will have to say it was a very emotional experience. I knew I felt better but I wasn’t sure if the weight was coming off. To my surprise, I lost 13.25 inches and 4 pounds. I know that doesn’t seem like much, but when I compared the pictures from day one, I could really see the difference. I love the ladies and the environment at the Marion office. I have lost inches and weight but gained confidence, self esteem, and energy along the process. I recommend if you’re hoping to lose weight or become healthier!
