The first time I contacted the company, ***, from Jerry Newman, was the only one of several contractors I contacted for emergency repairs right after a bad storm, that responded quickly and was able to work on the roof repair within 24 hours while others were busy with several house repairs. Since the ************, I had contacted them twice more for repairs. As usual, *** and team went above and beyond, not just fixing what was noticeable outside, but fixed structural problems that had been made worse during many storms and high winds. We are very pleased with our roof replacement. We have a large roof with a steep pitch, gables, and dormers, but they handled it well and very quick. Our roof never went unprotected after shingles were removed. They left our yard cleaner then when it started. They were quick to respond from initial contact and extremely quick in replacing our roof once we approved the contract.
