I had Jeff Biewer perform an inspection last year on an 75 year old, foreclosed house I was purchasing. He gave me an honest evaluation of the existing system and recommended what I should do for repairs and replacements without trying to sell me on "immediate" unnecessary work. This year I had him replace an old, oversized furnace and a tired out AC compressor.
