I was extremely standoffish in regard to getting help buying my first home. I'd been approached by many realtors/real estate agents and I felt like they were disingenuous, always trying to "hard sell" me which immediately pushes me away. Dawn managed to find the perfect line in the middle of aggressive and defensive sales. She kept me informed on listings that she knew my family would be interested in, but never once pushed to a point where I felt uncomfortable (or annoyed). If she told me a listing would sell within a day, it always would. She was easily accessible whenever I had a dumb question (which I had many) and if she didn't immediately know the answer, she always was able to get me to someone that did. She is genuine, easy to work with, and at the risk of sounding cliche she LEGITIMATELY looks out for your best interests.
