Wonderful experience! Took my golden retriever to Pawly’s for his first ever grooming - bath, blowout, trim, and nail clipping. He looks amazing!! Great service, very nice interactions, and easy to schedule, drop off, and pickup. I wish we weren’t moving - I’d bring my pup here each time no doubt! Thank you!

Polly always does amazing with our dog Oakley! So I figured I have a 4 year old farm cat who has never been to the groomer and I was so nervous I cried on the way there because Baby was so stressed and I told Polly my concerns about her mats all down her body and said do the best you can I understand if you can’t get it all! Within half an hour Polly texted she was ready to be picked up… I was so nervous it didn’t go good. Me upset again.. arrived to find Baby completely mat free and in a happier mood then when I dropped her off! (Polly did have to shave her which is perfectly fine. She has the cutest lion cut now!). Polly is friendly, knowledgeable, & timely…she must have patience because she got all of the matts out for a fresh new start for our Schnoodle. We already rescheduled. Next time I’ll ask about unscented washes. (I forgot to do that this time.)I gave 4 stars instead of 5 just because this is our first time, but I would recommend to anyone.
