There's a nice variety of classes and it's a nice facility. The teachers we met were all nice and talented.The problem is with the management. You rarely get a timely reply to email - if you get one at all. (More often, you don't get a reply.) You also have to watch the billing very closely and make sure your account is accurate. Very poor management / customer service outside of the actual class. (It's probably not worth the hassle unless your kid is really into one of the specialized classes or you really like a teacher; there are plenty of other great options in the area without the management / accounting / support issues.)
