I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. i got a mani and pedi. It was great, and the gel on my finger nails has been perfectly painted for weeks now. I will definitely make this my go to.
Basic gel manicure. Unclear if they don’t offer chrome or just didn’t want to do the style I originally requested. Did not allow layers to finish time under light in between. Cash only for tips, but who carries cash? Took 45 minutes including 5-10 minutes being told to pick a color off the wall, not from the plastic samples, and negotiating the style.
I called about 30 minutes ahead and requested a same day appointment. I was not given any indication this was a problem, but I wonder if they really prefer more advance notice. Ostensibly they accepted the same day appointment, but I wonder if they really prefer scheduling was the underlying issue.

Got a gel manicure from Thu. She was very professional and efficient, and my nails came out looking great. I have weak nails that crack and peel easily. She understood my situation and easily agreed to keep my nails short without trying to upsell me on acrylics or other services.
The salon was clean and peaceful (although I was there early in the morning… perhaps it gets busier later the day).
