“I had a wonderful experience with Flora Design Studio. I needed to place a funeral flower order from out of state, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish.
Julie, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She communicated promptly throughout the process, making everything easy and stress-free. She even sent me a photo of the completed arrangement without me having to ask, which I truly appreciated.
The floral design was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Excellent customer service, outstanding communication, and lovely design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flora Design Studio and would gladly use them again in the future.”

“Schnucks Champaign Floral Department came thru with flying colors, yet again! As a former resident of Champaign, IL, I'm already familiar with the high quality of Schnucks floral department - in both product AND customer service - which is why I continue to use them for all my floral needs and festive occassions in Champaign. I live in AZ and it's always been an easy, simple process doing business long distance with them, they never disappoint. Schnucks Champaign floral department has a nice selection of flowers and arrangements and their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Johnna was amazing, taking time to listen to me to make sure I received everything I wanted and that my TWO delivery orders were simply perfect. (I even called her back the next day to let her know what a hit her creations were.) I'm very happy.”
