Mahomet Laundry

My washer broke unexpectedly and I had to stop by on a Friday morning to knock out some laundry. My first impression was that it was such a well kept laundromat. The machines I used were cleaned, didn’t have a weird odor to them and held up a lot of clothes. I found it neat that they’re cashless machines and you need to pay with either a card or their prepaid card- felt very modern. The attendant there was very polite, helpful and diligent about keeping all areas clean. My washer now works but it’s nice to know that there is a spot around me I could trust to go back and do my laundry with some peace of mind.

Besides a nice clean laundromat and machines. Service is great!! I took in a pair of white shorts and a tan and white striped top that had gotten a whole glass of red wine spilled on me. I just knew they were probably going to be thrown in the garbage. I did rinse with cold water and treated with table salt because I was out of town staying in a hotel. I called and talked with Debbie and she said let her have a chance to try and remove the wine stains. Sure enough she did it. I had them back in one day. white shorts completely white and a saved shirt.
I wish I had a before picture to show. She’s amazing.! Thank you Debbie!

Mahomet laundry is, first of all, incredibly clean, which is great, but then you add the super friendly staff and it makes the whole experience so much less of a chore! Thanks Deb, for making these outta towners feel welcome even in a laundromat!
