Clark came out twice - once on 09/18 to diagnose a leaky water heater and on 09/20 to install a water heater we purchased locally. 9/18 was one hour of work and 9/20 was three hours. The work was performed fine. The technician was respectful and courteous and did great work. Thank you, Joe. Unfortunately we were overcharged for the technician's time (five hours). Apparently they charge for drive time To and FROM a job. Wow, really?I paid the $700 bill in full and then I called Stephanie on 09/20 (office manager, I believe) to discuss this with her and she agreed to a partial refund, Stephanie agreed to refund us "$100 -125". She said they should have mentioned the drive...read full review

Clayton was great. On time, competent, quick, friendly. He had the parts on his truck to fix kitchen faucet and was in and out in 20 minutes. Give Clark a call if you need some plumbing work done. Good job, Clayton!
