I consider myself a healthy young woman, but with the pace of my life and being a mom of 4 with a stressful career- I was struggling with headaches, indigestion, and chaotic dreams that were making me wake up so tired every morning. Within just a few adjustments I found that my headaches and indigestion were completely gone. I was afraid to get my neck adjusted because I was in a car accident when I was 17 and feel I have always had a “weak neck”. He respected that and never adjusted my neck for the entire first year. However more recently I was telling him about how crazy my dreams have been and how tired I am every morning, when I am normally a very good sleeper.
