The lady doubted that someone could get me because of their overwhelming situation. So I called John after getting the reference from my realtor, and then he responded very quickly and sent a plumber with a new pump, and I appreciate the quick response from John. So it was a 10-minute job for the Plumber to replace the sump pump when they charged me $535. This is overpriced for a city like Macomb based on income level. The people are in this city. I hope they will realize the pricing for a small town like Macomb and the residents, but I’m happy for getting a solution from them quickly, and thanks, John again.“
