Staffing is kind, knowledgeable, patient (I'm old lol), helps with ingredients n nutrition. Loads my cart with heavy bags, and loads them in my SUV. Yes I have help to unload at home. I'm a Label reader and they assist helping me chose. Usually Natural Balance.
