They showed up never told us when, set up shop blocked 3 tenants in, shut off the water again with no notice, left at 4:55 pm. When the one tenant that left at 6 am got home and turned on her water which on turn blew up where they should have re connected it. Waited for 2 hours for a entirely different company to come out after hours and spend 2 hours CORRECTLY finishing the job. We did not hire these people. The city of Delavan IL hired them to do this all over town. No notice given on day of service and the job was NOT done correctly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Laverdiere Construction worked in my neighborhood. They were doing work for the city, curbs, street, etc. They cover the streets with a very fine substance early on in the project. That substance had a chemical in it and when vehicles drove through it the substance billowed into the air. Our houses, cars, lawns were heavily covered with the stuff. It was inside as well as it was fine enough to sift into the house. One day a water truck came and sprayed the street with water. I believe it was a Good Samaritan but it was only one day. Laverdiere Con. did not follow through with continuing the process. I’m sure the people of the neighborhood breathed in a lot of that substance....read full review

This company was contracted to install an underground utility. They have hit a fiber optic twice and now a gas main. Not sure they understand julie law. Pot holing with an excavator is not pot holing.
