Called JB&D to get a price on a window.Our upstairs bathroom window wasn’t shutting or locking. We had purchased windows in 2004 from JB&D. The General Manager ( Russell Ruey) came over took our window apart and fixed it on the spot. The window shuts fine now, I would recommend JB&D ..what amazing service they provide and they honored the warranty on a 21 year window, no charges to me.

Cameron Louden came over on a cold morning and refurbished the front of my garage. He was so pleasant and and answered all my questions completely. It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier! He even cleaned up the debris! I’ll call JB&D every time for sure!
