They took down a gnarly tree and I didn't have to pick up a thing. Not even a twig. They also removed the stump, back filled with top soil and seeded. Very professional and polite. It was so easy to work with Bedwell, getting the estimate and scheduling was a breeze. The employees were all so nice and helpful working around my schedule. The crew was amazing, so pleasant and polite, then wow…..all the climbing and cleanup was spot on!! Going forward they’re my go to for tree and bush trimming.
Here in Georgia, a hurricane is rare but not impossible. We experienced, firsthand, the power of a real hurricane and Helene in particular. Our area, Lincolnton Georgia, was hit very hard and our house experienced a direct hit from a very large Hickory Tree. 100 MPH winds will do that. Unable to get phone service or even out of our yard for a while, it took a little time to begin a search for a tree removal company, but after a short trip out for supplies I came across a convoy of Bedwell trucks and followed them to their destination. I spoke with one of their employees, he took my information, and later that evening I was contacted by a representative that contracted them to this area. Their crew showed up here a few days later and were the best, most efficient, courteous, and timely group of guys working in harmony to get the tree off the roof, on the ground, cut up and hauled to a FEMA drop point. Illinois is far from here, but they sent a bunch of guys this way that made a major impact on this event and their help was very much needed and appreciated. Great group of hard working men, doing a great job for their company. Bedwell Tree Service is a great company with great employees. Those guys literally crossed my path while I was sitting at a stop sign wondering where I would find someone to get this tree off my house. So, my neighbor had a Maple tree that hung over both of our houses that needed to be cut down, and I was a little nervous about the removal process. But when I looked outside and seen the Bedwell Tree Service trucks pull up, then I knew everything was going to be alright! So I set back and watched the crew do what they do best, become lumberjacks! It was great to see how they interact with each other as a team. And that tree came down without any problems or delays. They cleaned up all the debris from our yards and the street, and I really appreciate that part of the service. I would say to anyone,”if they see the Bedwell Tree Service trucks pull up, then you don’t have to worry, because those guys are truly professional.”
