I had an emergency with my pup and they were the only local veterinary office that was willing to see her! I am so thankful for the Dr and staff as they took great care of my fur baby!

Took my cat in for his yearly check up + two vaccinations and it was definitely a 5 star experience! The building itself is really nice and clean. They had some really cute fall/Halloween decorations too! The decorations aren't necessarily super relevant to the quality of service itself but I feel like it sends the message that the staff care about where they work. The ladies working the desk, the nurse (if that's what they're called for pets?), and the vet were all friendly and helpful. This was my first time taking a pet to the vet so I don't have any other experiences to make any comparisons to other services, but to me it seemed like a thorough yet not overly time-consuming...read full review

I've never been to any other vet in Macomb, and thankfully never had a reason to seek out another vet. I boarded my dog there and he received a high level of care on two different occasions. This is why I put 4 stars instead of 5:

Just like other kennels, they require a certain set of vaccinations for your dog to board there. I got an exam done as well as the first part of the two part series vaccination. A couple of months later, I went back for part 2 of the vaccine and was slapped with another exam fee. Upon brining it up to the staff, they said if you bring your dog in for anything, they are hitting you up for an exam fee. I don't necessarily agree with that....read full review
