Our journey with Bratcher started with an HVAC crisis: our old Lennox AC's blower wheel failed. I quickly learned that due to the proprietary nature of Lennox parts, the new OEM replacement wheel had a different bore size, which meant we'd also have to replace the motor. This, on an already aging system, made the decision to do a full replacement an urgent one.

Austin performed a spring checkup on our furnace & a/c today & I was very pleased. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient! He went above & beyond with cleaning our outside unit! I would highly recommend Bratcher , as well as Austin, to friends for heating & cooling needs!
