My son had gotten a terrible hair cut at a cookie cutter hair solon. And was devastated and was having major anxiety from it's looks. But Leah ask him so many questions trying to fix it and she was great they decided to let it grow for a bit then try to repair it. Awesome client understanding.Service: Haircut
