Over the years, I have worked with Entre employees and have attended Entre events and only have great things to say about the support and sales folks there. There was a time when I had stopped recommending their service center though. Matt Coletta was the reason I stopped sending friends & family to Entre’s service center. I had recommended Entre to my wife’s boss and she took her laptop to Matt in the service center for repair. During that process she experienced Matt making racist comments while she was picking up her laptop. Embarrassing since I had made the recommendation. Worked there early 90s and both employment conditions and customer standards were poor. Checking back in, it's clear the problems persist. How can a computer service company have a horrible website. How is that even possible? Hmm.

This is a fabulous business! The technicians were extremely fast, efficient, knowledgable, helpful and friendly! The price was way better than my quote from Best Buy to fix my computer. This business not only fixes computers, but also teaches classes on Excel,etc. I really feel I can trust them and I plan to take a class there. I highly recommend this great find!
