I recently purchased a home and found water in the basement. CWP came out and diagnosed the issue, provided recommendations and scheduled the work. When they arrived onsite they were professional and efficient and provided regular updates on progress and next steps.

Jay was the representative who came out to my home today. He was extremely detailed in his investigation as well as patience. He listened to what our concern was and he searched to find a solution. Not only did he find and fix the leak, but he noticed some additional items that need attention or could become a problem later down the line. He is an excellent plumber who didn’t tear up my house…he merely fixed the problem.
Jay L was a lifesaver. We were without heat during the recent cold snap where night temps were in the single digits. We had previously received two readings from two different sources informing us that we had two gas leaks, one was major the other was a minor leak. For safety reasons, the gas was turned off early Sunday morning and we were left in the cold.
