Steri-Clean
“I inherited the house where I grew up, in Des Plaines, IL. It had sat unoccupied for almost 20 years, but was still full of stuff with a mice infestation in one of the rooms. I was grateful that Tony was willing to send a team so far north as they were the only company that would clean everything properly and help me sort through everything. Tony sent Mike to lead the team and they became like family. Mike gave recommendations on whether something could be salvaged or if it had to be thrown out due to mice contamination. To my astonishment, Mike quickly figured out what I wanted to try save, or take photos of before putting into the following categories; trash, donate, shred, sell, or metal for scrappers. That last one was their idea and it saved us a lot of money. With their help we were able to salvage some family items, which they sanitized. It was very emotional process, but they were so patient with me. Yet they managed to work fast and efficiently. I can’t say enough about how amazing this company is. I literally couldn’t have done this without them. They also do crime scene cleanup, biohazard removal, illicit drug removal, decontamination, and hoarder homes.”
