If I could give these guys more stars, I would. Kyle, Tyreik, and Eric did an amazing job. It took two separate days to get the issue completely figured out and it was well worth it. All three of them were thorough, professional, respectful, and explained everything to where I understood the issues and my options. Roto-Rooter knocked it out of the park when they hired these guys. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would recommend these guys to everybody. Thanks fellas.
Superb experience. From the original plumber thru the excavation and replacement crew the experience was terrific. The communication was excellent throughout. I was especially impressed by the excavation and line replacement crew. The job turned out to be more complex than originally thought but the crew adapted and problem solved superbly. Highly recommend.
The service visit was quick! The service tech Kevin was very polite, efficient and found/solved the problem—a minor clog that went away with snaking. Glad to have the 6 mos guarantee—at least! The cost, however, was prohibitive!! $700 for a short visit and easy, one attempt work that was quick. What were we to do?! RR responded, csme right away…solved the problem. People are appreciative—but so desperate—and will pay this, I guess. I did. No other choice.
