Nathan and his team are wonderful! Our upstairs neighbor had a leak that got into our unit. Nathan was able to come out at my next availability, assess the carpets and get them clean - all within about an hour and a half. (1 medium room, 1 large room and a smaller area). He even helped me move a larger piece of furniture to make sure we got all the carpet area needed. He explained what was happening throughout the process and got all the staining and hair out! His prices were great too and he and his team were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Nathan is the best! His communication, pricing, and service are beyond reproach. Truck-mounted carpet cleaning is the only way to go and his equipment did the job. The traffic area between the stairs and dining room is gone, not to mention the pet stains hidden in the basement. Not only did Nate clean the carpets, we had a great conversation during the job.
I highly recommend Premium Clean and will have him back to do the sectional sofa in the future. He's professional, friendly, and does a great job!

Great experience with Premium Clean. Nathan was great throughout the whole process. Professional, careful, patient, and reasonably priced. We had our upstairs cleaned and it looks and smells great. What I loved is that since they had our door ajar for their equipment hoses, they put a drape covering over the front door to minimize drafts while they worked. Great job and we’ll use them again.
