I had an absolutely great experience with Magic Wand Company. I recently started a mobile detail and carpet cleaning business and needed to purchase reliable equipment to kickstart my journey. We got a last minute job and needed chemicals. I called a three state area and Magic Wand was the only place that had what I needed. Lynn was OUTSTANDING! She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She arranged everything for me and I drove from Wisconsin to this Lombard location. Upon arrival I was greeted by Tim, a newer employee who had everything ready to go. He said one of the bottles was leaking, he transferred the product to a new bottle and was wiping them all down to assure I didn’t have a mess!
