LA Fitness offers many amenities at an outstanding value. Gym amenities may feature HIIT by LAF, state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, pool, saunas, Kids Klub, personal training, and more! The staff is super friendly, and the facility is clean with new machines. Customers are treated with respect and hospitality, even when visiting from out of town. Many find this location to feel nicer and more luxurious compared to other LA Fitness gyms in the area. While the gym generally receives excellent reviews, some areas for improvement include limited weekend hours, non-functioning saunas, and concerns about cleanliness, particularly regarding pool etiquette. Customers note that while the staff works hard to maintain cleanliness, some members do not follow the rules about showering before using the pool and whirlpool, which can lead to discomfort. Additionally, there are complaints about lane sharing during peak hours in the pool. Many express a desire for a reservation system for lanes to avoid awkward sharing. Overall, this gym is appreciated for its facilities and friendly atmosphere, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and member consideration.
This is one of the better LA Fitnesses I have been to. The instructors for each class are very intentional and impactful, and they challenge you to be your best! Shoutout to Alyse for leading such a great yoga class and encouraging everyone with affirmations!
This gym has treadmills, pull up bars, dip stations, squat racks and even a clean and jerk platform. Everything you need. Consider this is a small gym and at times it gets really busy. I have seen people run out of patience and lose it sometimes. So prepare to be an adult and be as courteous as possible after all if you going to be here everyday you don’t want to have any feuds. You might even make an awesome friend or two to draw inspiration from. I have. I’m very content from my experience.
My experience with Will Slade as my trainer has been very positive. Will communicates clearly and is very professional. He's very attentive to form (performing an exercise properly) and detail. He keeps very good notes. He does a very good job of explaining the mechanics and benefits of the exercises. I find him to be very knowledgeable. I have gained many benefits from our training sessions.
