We used GC Pro following a recent water backup at our church. They were incredibly responsive, they worked quickly but carefully, they were respectful of our space and our stuff, and they did a marvelous job getting our church fellowship space back in shape for use. My father, age 81, experienced an electric fire last year, his house had to be gutted down to the studs. His insurance company put GCProChicago on the rebuild. BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): GCPRO Restoration does a great job and their Project Manager Adam Gibala in particular is fantastic! My mother is in her 90s and lives in a condo. She suffered some water damage and we selected GCPRO Restoration to do install new floor. I am a Certified Project Manager and geographically separated from my mother’s house so I had to manage the process remotely. Adam Gibala was assigned as our Project Manager and he and his team were absolutely outstanding. Adams walked me through the entire process (Scope, Schedule, and Budget) as well as going over all steps and procedures with my mother on-site. I was consulted at each step and every effort was made to acquire the exact materials we requested and install the flooring in minimal time with almost zero disruption to the everyday life in the condo.
