Great surgeon, but Multiple mouse traps out in the waiting room. Mousetraps every 10 feet in the waiting room, spanning a 100 foot wall.

Surgery for my 1 year old was delayed by 3 hours - deal with a toddler who has not eating or had milk since the evening before. Disorganized during check in process with nurse, received information from the nurse who explained a very different procedure than what my son was expected to have. Then I got two different bills both which don't match my EOB from insurance. Tried to call billing which is a joke and can't even get someone who speaks English sadly. Called the surgery center and my doctors office to try and get this corrected, both which served unhelpful and directed me back to billing.
