From start to finish, working with Sebastian was a very professional and comfortable experience. He took time to explain the process of working with the insurance company after the approval limited the scope of work needed. The roof had been severely damaged by wind and hail storms, which led to water damage inside my home. Communication with Sebastian was top-notch. He followed up weekly to update us on the claim's progress and to schedule the project. Sebastian reviewed materials to be used, ensuring the finished roof would be secure and waterproof.
