Found myself in a jam with a newborn at home and the hot weather approaching. Reached out to Update and they were able to send out a technician the very next morning. We were able to agree on terms and my new unit was installed that same day. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and staff. They’re reasonable and pleasant to do business with. Will ONLY use Update for my household repair needs going forward.
Live review: Currently Chris and Conner have been at my house all day (6 hours or so at this point) to replace my HVAC system, furnace and AC. The previous install was horrid, even my eyes could see that much. They are going above and beyond. They've had to leave to the hardware store to get raw materials that you don't normally need (plyboard that they happily cut and caulked to prevent leaks) and to machine some odd shaped duct work at their shop.Brian was the one whom inspected the system and saw many of the faults that I saw. Upon calling they were booked up for the next two days. After explaining my circumstances to the gentleman on the phone, he stayed late to come check out my problem and had me fixed up before he Left. It's rare to find prompt service like this nowadays!!!Service: A/C system maintenance
