2+ year we were dealing with a frozen drain line for our water softener. Spent so much money with various companies. Trailblazers came out last fall and redid it all again; tweaking a couple things that after the fact should have been obvious. Not to jinx but we have FINALY had no issues this winter with the extended cold. HIGHLY recommend. Only plumber we will use from now on !
