after looking online for some good guys helping me with my gaming pc I found out this location(10 min from my house) long story short, often people's believe that go to best buy or similar is the best choice. let me tell you this. big tech corporations, most of the time are a scam. In fact I checked with best buy before I went to jk computers. moral of the story is that they fix my issue and checked more then what I asked for 35$. best buy asked me 200+. I believe the name of the guy that that helped me is Tristan. an important detail that I noticed was that after I explained them the problem, they didn't jump to conclusions, vice-versa they exchanged opinions till they figure where to start. from this little details you can understand with which kind of people's you are dealing with. looking for a long time customers instead then quick money is the way.
