“Shiela went above and beyond. She added me last minute for a Brazilian blowout. I felt horrible that she worked what seemed pretty late to add me, but not once did I feel like she was rushing. I even offered to leave with wet hair so she can get out not too late and she insisted and finishing me. She did not have to add me last minute, but she did and did an amazing job. On our first appointment she was very considerate on how I wanted my final look to be and had asked for inspiration photos. She then let me know what steps she was taking during the appointment and was very thoughtful and patient throughout the whole process. This was my first experience getting lashes done so I was so appreciative of her for doing that and making me feel comfortable, as well as letting me know what to expect before my appointment approached.
