Wasted my time and delayed therapy for my child. We spent over 3 hours on 3 separate occasions doing assessments with Dr Salt and were told we could start in a few weeks. After 4 weeks of no contact. Dr Salt wouldn't return my emails or calls. Completely ignored me. I called and emailed over a dozen times with no response. Finally after calling their other location in Naperville, I was told their BCBA quit and that we would be put on a waiting list for 1-2 months. 7 months later, I've only received 2 follow up emails each time saying I am next on the list and it should only be another month wait. I am disgusted that they weren't just honest with me from the beginning...read full review
