i personally love star nails but yesterday i came in and got a set of nails done paid $65 and i broke one accidentally so i called as soon as they opened and made an appointment to get my broken one fixed app was at 4:25 it is now 4:47 and 3 people have gotten to go before me and they didn’t even have appointments!!! not a good experience today update still haven’t gotten it fixed and 2 other people have gotten to go wth people

My first pedicure and I couldn't be happier. Made an appointment, they were extremely busy(holiday weekend) yet able to get my in on time. I enjoyed the environment. They lady who did my toes was gentle, had an ingrown nail and hardly felt her taking it out. She made sure that the pain was relieved before continuing. Very polite during the whole process. I will definitely be back!Service: Pedicure

I have gone to Star Nail in the past, but switched as I just did not feel like it was very clean. I returned last week to find through the month of August they are only accepting walk ins, and no appointments. It was pretty buy and closing is at 6 . I felt a bit rushed as people kept trying to get work done before they closed, and of course the workers wanted to get home. Seems cleaner than it was a couple of years ago.
