Customers have had positive experiences at the Great Clips in Litchfield, with one customer noting that the stylist, Lauren, is always sweet and cuts their hair often. The salon has enough staff to ensure customers don't have to wait long. Customers also appreciate the walk-in and check-in options, which allow them to get their haircut quickly.

However, one customer had a negative experience at another Great Clips location, where the stylist did not follow the customer's instructions and used a razor knife, resulting in an unsatisfactory haircut. The customer had to go to the Great Clips in Litchfield to try and fix the mistake, and although the stylist there did their best, the customer learned a lesson about the inconsistency of Great Clips services.
