We hired Waldman Engineering for several home inspections. Javier is professional and very thorough in his work. The report has great detail and neatly organized so much that is my checklist when repairing items in the property.
Javier is also very easy to communicate with through the whole process and during follow ups. I feel that I got a good understanding of the condition of my property and could make an informed decision.
