After calling around and not getting responses from other places, Mike from Royal took great care of us. We had floors installed on the entire first floor (3 rooms, kitchen, and a small hallway), stained, finished, and sealed. During the estimate meeting, Mike walked us through the entire process of what, how, and why. His knowledge of flooring and the products they use is impressive and I think he genuinely enjoys and cares about doing the whole job well.
