After a recent very bad storm that toppled trees down all around a home, a bunch of loose shingles was found scattered on a driveway. The insurance agent gave the phone number of Phoenix Restoration to contact. Phoenix Restoration handles flood mitigation and restoration, fire restoration, reconstruction and remodeling, contents cleaning and storage, residential and commercial roofing, and smoke and odor removal. Plus they work with all insurance companies and they have a 24 hour emergency phone number. An appointment was set up to come out to inspect the roof. The inspector arrived on time, was very personable, and wanted some background information about the loose shingles. After the bad storm was explained, the inspector took out a ladder and climbed on the roof to inspect the roof for damage. Every part of the 2 story roof was checked. The inspector saw no damage to the roof. Unfortunately, the inspector did see where the missing shingles were from - a neighbor's roof. The inspector is truly an expert in the field of home restorations. The inspector is very knowledgeable, is a patient listener, was very honest and trustworthy. Phoenix Restoration is highly recommended for any restoration work needed on a home.

Phoenix Restoration has helped feel at ease during an extremely frustrating, sad and scary time. Everyone spoken to has been polite, professional, and courteous. The work that has been done thus far to “stabilize” a basement is very satisfying. The owner is coming out to determine if additional demo needs to occur.
