My grandmother fell in her home and the caregiver that was living there said “ I’m on break” instead of helping her get up off the floor when she is living there! If you’re a caregiver you help the elderly!!! I could not believe this experience and the company will be at fault for this. It breaks my heart if this is the care they are providing.
