It was my first time visiting Accuvision and I had a very pleasant experience. The eye exam was conducted smoothly and efficiently. I was impressed by the wide range of eyewear options they offer, catering to both those who prefer glasses and those who prefer contacts.

Great customer service!!! Had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, the Assistant Manager while looking for glasses. When I arrived I noticed her glasses and told her she was an awesome walking advertisement for trendy glasses and apparently I wasn’t the only customer who agreed. Another customer complimented her on her glasses and asked if she could try on the same pair. Jennifer told her they did not have any in stock and without hesitation, Jennifer volunteered her own glasses to the customer. She cleaned and sanitized them before handing them to the customer. Nice office with a decent selection of frames. The staff is what really makes the experience so good. My doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that I understood my prescription and what contact options I had. Once we identified the best contact lens prescription, I worked with Lupe M to learn how to care for, put in and remove the contacts. This process was more difficult than I anticipated, but Lupe was so patient and made sure that I was comfortable doing it on my own before leaving.
